My wife, Heidi, and I are both licensed Realtors with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chapin, SC and together we form the Cripe Team. In addition to being Licensed Realtors, I am also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist. These two designations demonstrate our experience, knowledge and commitment to helping luxury buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

We know purchasing a home can be one of life's great adventures. We've moved multiple times ourselves and understand all of the steps involved. The process can be stressful, but it can also be a lot of fun if you are working with the right team! We live on Lake Murray in Timberlake, which is a subdivision in Chapin and work out of the Irmo/Lake Murray office. We've got three kids and love the schools and recreation offered in Lexington County and on Lake Murray. Our family is very involved in the school system and within the community and we look forward to forming many more long-lasting friendships through this business.

We cover the entire Columbia area with a focus on Chapin and waterfront property on Lake Murray. We also work in the communities of Irmo, Ballentine and Lexington.

3. We take a 360 degree approach to marketing that involves direct marketing, social media, public relations and Internet exposure on a local, national and international level. We look at each property and establish a marketing plan and budget that is unique to it.

For Buyers:
Finding the perfect house for you is the most exciting part of the job for us. Every buyer has a different wish list and we love the challenge of finding 'The One'. We try to tour as many homes as possible so that we are always up to speed with what is on the market and we'll spend countless hours pouring over the listings with you looking for the right combination of features. We strongly believe you've just got to get out there and start looking at properties and we're happy to show as many as needed.  But finding a property is only one step of the process. We'll also be there to help with financing, negotiations, inspections, and everything else necessary to get you to the closing table. There are always bumps in the road, but with the right team on your side, we'll get through it together.
